By accessing or using Creepless, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Use of Service
Creepless is designed to help agencies manage client requests and scope. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not use Creepless to send spam, harass clients, or engage in any fraudulent activity.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription and Billing
Creepless offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are provided at our discretion for annual plans cancelled within 14 days of billing.
5. Intellectual Property
Creepless and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Creepless and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours — we do not claim ownership over the requests and client information you store.
6. Limitation of Liability
Creepless shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Creepless at any time for violation of these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
